I have my panel interview coming up. I take everything I read hear with a grain of salt. That being said they haven't been specific on Comp. only that applied only pays on growth. I have very little OR experience so they still don't know if I will come in as a TM or TMA. Realistic comp for both please... Thank you
Only thing you're going to get here is a "realistic" view from a handful of bitter former reps. Just look at the same post on all the threads by the same couple of people.

TM 60k base $150 phone/internet @$400 car @ $200-$300 gas Quarterly bonus? Depends on a lot of things in and out of your control will be $0 -15k. I know a few that have hit 20k but not consistently. Plan on 5-10k. Been here 3 years and that's what I've seen.
