JA, GJ, KP, MS all have shown no leadership and do nothing but bow down to Takeda. It is time for them to go. PA is also on thin ice.

    Xenazine- no more.
Onfi- 990 mil.? Is that triple the current projections for 2016?
    Is that realistic

Remember, this is the same team, at the B launch meeting that said we didn't need a copay card. It was a first time use only. They said after seeing how this drug works, people will be happy to pay for it. They must go!

Lol. I remember getting the presentation at the meeting and thinking none of them have sold in a generic market. Or maybe at all.

No one in management has any idea what is going on! Can you believe that video that PA posted? Barely a mention of the failure to get the cognition labeling yet he goes about the Lundbeck culture. There is no longer a culture here that is any different from any big pharma company. The grid is just an example of how Lundbeck cares about the reps. Failure to hold anyone accountable for this failure will further erode morale. Perhaps the survey will open someone's eyes but I will not hold my breath
