    Novartis;
    We really wish you could hear what our surgical customers have to say about what you've done. Have the guts to take an internal survey of Alcon employees at every level to at least attempt to understand the impact you've had. The consensus from internal and external customers is mind boggling. Start being part of the solution and quit being the problem.
