These people are trash. I'm not speaking of the reps, but the management at the company as a whole. It's not until you start working here that you discover the horrible reputations of management and their malcontent and of course by then, its too late.
Worst part of it for me was that I had close to one year of unemployment, but still took this job because I believe in working and not milking the system. how naive I was. should have just collected and patiently waited until the right situation came up.
All companies have about the same level of representatives. It's the leadership in companies where you see a huge difference!
