NBRx. Everything is all about this metric. If you have low NBRx your manager will put a "plan" together. If NBRx continues, PIP. So they are evaluating reps on prescriptions. GSK lying and cheating again. Anyone surprised?

Seriously can you expect anything to happen from speak up line?! Managers are feeling the heat and they are putting it on the reps to grow NBRx. My manager compares us all the time based off who is getting most scripts & verbally reprimands you about it. The company doesn't care. Especially since my manager won awards back in the day as a hospital rep.

Check out the amounts ($)paid to whistleblowers. Whole lot of something happened. If it is wrong, speak up.

We work for a "for profit" company. Why don't you expect to grow your business? Stop cowering under the guise of the CIA and take some some accountability for yourself. You are focusing on the wrong thing, stop worrying about how you are being looked at and be pissed that you aren't as effective at growing your business.
