i have just under 2 years b2b success and 2 years capital/disposable in radiology/cath lab sales. Awards, promotion, etc.

I know this is a great space to be in and rapidly growing but I can't get over going back to being an "associate" for 2 years when i feel i put my dues in already.

Is it worth it? Recruiter said 70k base to do around 140k which sounds more than the typical associate role. Also, how often do they keep you in the territory you are in once you get promoted? any car allowance?

    Thanks!

Stryker Neurovascular is an excellent division to be in. Great products and you'll grind it, but you get promoted to a full blown sales rep and you'll make great money. It's also a division of Stryker that was purchased and sort of sits out on it's own...you won't get the traditional Stryker culture that you hear about there. Great place to be.
