I have recently been approached by the ZB team to come over and join the new ZB team. What is the atmosphere now that the dust has settled from the merger? I come from a top 3 company and have been promised a bunch of things to jump ship, but am hesitant as I have heard things are still a little bumpy at ZB. Any advice is well received, thanks.
Considering who the leadership is, I would stay where you are at. They will destroy your relationships.
