I had someone to recently tell me that when they submit their resume and brag book to a recruiter/company and or hiring manager, they're also sending a head shot. It almost sounds like they are trying to land an acting or modeling gig. WTF?? Has anyone ever heard of this? This industry is cheesy enough, but seriously?
