It is not bad you have to negotiate but could get 90,000-110,000 salary. But bonus is not happening unless you knock it out. But typical pharma bonus. Hope this helps. Depends on your location too.

Pay for Performance, Incentive payout is very fair, Top 10% make boat loads, bottom 10% make nearly "0", otherwise for majority of the incentive payout is low, not a great launch product, needs strong CV background and relationships to be even moderately successful...launch executive team dismissed including R Smith!
