Is Novartis addressing the huge disparity between the CV new hires and the current CV reps? Some new hires that are being hired in at a manager salary. They'll say they have a lot of experience, well, so does the current reps that have been with Novartis or in the industry 10,15, 20, 25 years! Adjustment please. Be respectful and do the right thing.
What is the pay? Interviewing and need to know what range is?? Asked for 95,000 but not sure what reps currently get? Heard there was no real bonus so get a higher salary.
Totally agree ! There is a HUGE difference . I know derm had same issue and I know a few i that division that got a random call this week and got a raise "to put them at the level Of the others " in other words novartis realized the pay difference ... Would like to think that CV will do the same . If not ... Hummmmm lawsuit . How can one division bump U see paid people and the other lot ?!
So I went through the final interviews for interest style. Ended up not getting hired because a few current Novartis wraps decided to shift territories, etc. When discussing salary I told them that my current salary is $140k total comp, and they said they could be competitive. So I feel a lot of what they offer people depends on how much they were making in their previous role.
