Salary bump

I went from specialty to specialty....8% raise. I'm happy to have a job, but so much for raising us to industry standards.

I received 9%, also specialty to specialty, my previous base was 78k. Someone on my team Who previously made less than me got a higher percentage pay bump, but now we make the same dollar amount. So perhaps they have just change the brackets and are bringing everyone into those brackets.

 

Anyone have any info on striker or hospital?

Unbelievable. People complaining about getting pay raises. Give me, give me, give me. Why don't you earn it. There are huge pay raises out there. If you don't like it, please leave. The "real" world will kick your a**.

no need to mock this person, I don't believe they were trying to brag or anything. I think they were just trying to help share information the to masses.
