Eric Legangeux' most recent clincal studies had several saferty problems that do not appear in his signed reports. Someone needs to inform the public. Patients are in danger.

Whoever posted this must be a fraud or an idiot!!!!
If this is true, you know what to do: report it to the BPO and to the FDA concurrently or wait a few weeks, perhaps Novartis will address the issue, if they do not call the FDA...or a law firm but keep the evidence...

the Federal investigation against Eric Legangneux and Novartis is ongoing as we speak. Eric blames senior management.

The FDA sees a lot of issues wth the submitted material. A congressional hearing has been scheduled with JJ.

Believing in the BPO is like believing in leprechauns. NVS is not interested in your welfare nor patients. The BPO is there for appearances, just like make-up, so NVS can look good to the feds. NVS is only interested in NVS' welfare, nothing else matters. A BPO only matters to NVS if it helps protect NVS, if not it pretty much gets thrown out and you get marked as a rogue. Grow up and find a new job.

Only safety NVS is concerned about is the safety of the bottom line. If your report to the BPO is about an issue or event that has potential negative impact on earnings or the stock price then you've got their attention. If not, then it's actually a better option to lock yourself in a sound-proof room and shout out your concerns. It has the same net effect but doesn't put your career at risk.
