This is an old story. The record was simply sealed until June 1st.
Rotech has already planned around this some time ago.
We will watch as CSS loses money on their lowball bid.

Yea they planned for it. That's why they let so many people go. I see more to come.

No reason to gloat over a temporary lost contract. There are OTHER revenue sources for which to compensate, even if that requires that locations step up and fill the need.
One thing for sure - complaining about it solves nothing.

Planning your business on the false assumption that you will get the contract back is typical of a company failing. Investors much like the ones Rotech duped will be losing money on this bid and the VA will enjoy every dollar they take from them. Contracts lost are usually not awarded later. Good luck with this management style. Didn't Rotech get the memo that it is best to move away from government contracts?

Absurd? You are so wrong it hurts laughing at you. Competitive bidding contracts are at lower than cost now. Every time you take a order for a cpap it is a loser. Its also laughable that companies are chasing after the re supply business which in reality is a rip off. Just go into any home user of cpap on the re supply and you will see millions of unused filters, humidifiers, tubing, masks, etc. The VA contracts are somewhat better but when you have to provide new equipment and have thousands of perfectly good used concentrators with 20,000 plus hours you are reluctant to buy any new ones. The veterans realize the unit has not been properly serviced when it arrives looking outdated and smells of cigarette smoke. They then call the VA which terminates the contract. You want to know why Rotech is in bad shape? Just try and find the line that says " corporate office allocation ".

You might want to consider getting your delusional thought process looked into,so you can get back to the real world.......sorry to be so blunt.
