It is now clear that Otsuka has no real interest in making Rexulti a success. Their incredibly stupid philosophy of sampling 1 or 2 boxes, will ensure that this drug will be a complete failure. The real question is why they are determined to make sure this drug does not succeed. Time after time, each day of every week, physicians are puzzled why they cannot get anywhere close to the amount of samples they need. More than one have told reps that they have lost interest in writing the drug because of this. What is the real story going on behind the scenes?

There is definitely something strange about this "launch". Only getting a very samples to launch a drug that offers no advantage over anything else, and poor managed care coverage, is strange to say the least. Otsuka is run by idiots.

Well, if that's the case, then everyone associated with upper management at Otsuka should be fired! The potential is far greater for Rex that AM, far greater!

Otsuka doesn't know how to launch a drug. They royally messed up Abilify Maintena and obvisiously didn't learn a thing. Total sh*t show.
