Another fabulous piece of the management puzzle. So important she has a constant CP thread

Compared to "Mini Lou Coppa" aka Chris Geloso, she's a breeze! She's always been fair and very hands off.

Seeing this thread continue makes me happy. She is your friend until she stabs you in the back. Happened to me

The only good DM's left are DB and RM in that region. JR is a complete and utter r***** and BRK thinks one day she will be an RD...lol what a fucking joke she is!!!

BRK couldn't manage her way out of a wet paper bag.....

BRK's reps can't stand working for her. She's had an extremely high turnover rate

BRK will lose two more reps in the next month. She's forcing one out that she previously promoted and the other is going to be a full time trophy wife.

She doesn't like reps who know more than she does.

So she doesn't like anybody then? She's a PC DM trying to lead specialty and hospital reps...she's way out of her league and can't keep anybody she hires.

Let's be honest, the specialty rep is just a different name for a PC rep. And hospital is the biggest joke at the company. They drop off Effient samples and beg for one script a week of Savaysa.

The issue is that she's too much of a micromanager. Not in overhead, just her approach needs to be tweaked.

Not true. Has she had some turnover? Yes. All legit, by the way and not a loss for the company. That has no impact on her current reps who happen to like her. This is obviously someone who was passed up during the interview process and wants revenge. Grow up!

not exactly ....the reps she had to get rid of were her hires

Are you serious. BRK as an RD!!!

Are we seriously wasting blog time and oxygen talking about a DM who has zero relevance. Who cares about her, past reps, current reps...etc etc. She came up through the ranks under the tutelage of one Rick Ashley!!! That should pretty much tell you how much of a leader she is. She clearly can't hire...her best rep was a transfer from Dallas who is moving to OK. Most of the people she hired either left or were put on PIP's and eventually fired. KB and KK are not her hires. So who is left that she brought in? Point is I have nothing against her but let's call it like it is...she is OK at best and that's because people from Oklahoma can't spell mediocre.

how about sb as an RD and not Dace C. makes you think how people got jobs and how they got promoted

It's easy. Stacy was promoted entirely based upon law suit posturing. She was the least offensive female running for the position (and that doesn't say very much).

She also works her internal customers (bosses, HQ staff) whilst standing on the throats of her employees. That is why she succeeds in her career despite having very high "regrettable loss" turnover of solid reps and fostering low preforming representatives, a very chronically under preforming district regardless of geography, and the charm, wit, and popularity of a Turkish prison guard that never ceases to insult co-promoting representatives and managers across the Bay Area.

    Enjoy DSI!

Is she really still with the company? Who kept her and who would work for her

    YES

She's a female. People who work for her are stuck because of where they live.
