I always love when someone ends their post with "go sell." The CV reps don't get the emails she sends so how is she kicking them in the ass? Not sure when the last time was you checked our labeling but that alone is the reason docs aren't using this. Forget about Part D excuses.

Nope, she is just ineffective. She is not capable of leading a region. She led her district through fear, distrust, and a little or a lot of deceit. Really, who sneaks up on reps to put them on a plan. Real managers let reps know where they are headed and don't spring a warning letter. She also is running over her dm's to put "undesirables" on plans, directly. How weird is that? Imagine one day you go to work and you find out that your RD is putting you on a plan. Meanwhile your DM has no clue and has been backing you the whole time with positive reviews and coaching. She is clearly not emotionally mature enough to do this job. Don't believe me, ask her bay area dms. Ask some of the bay area reps. They will tell you exactly what happened and continues to happen. Remember, everyone on a warning letter will automatically be laid off during the upcoming restructure. You will NOT get off the plan until the restructure. It's her cowardly way of firing those she does not personally like. You want to know, there it is.

Wow. DM here, not in her region, but the content is true. You receive a warning letter it essentially means you're done. Sounds like that region is a mess.

This sounds exactly like something Ken D in Chicago would do.

Really, Staci? So you really think doing RD/DM/Rep ride-alongs is appropriate? You are really the bottom of the barrel when it comes to anything resembling leadership. Pathetic, sad and embarrassing to any real leaders.

What??? Is she suggesting both her and your DM do a ride along with you?!! At the same time?

They used to do this at Pfizer. That's where she came from and that's where she got the idea.

Left the company a while back... I just come back to read the thread about her. I don't know if she's and easy target or just getting what she deserves. Poor lady. Ok... Let's be honest... She deserves it.

This is funny because it is just DSI plain and simple. This sounds just like Ken D in Chicago. Being a liar and a coward must be a prerequisite to be an RD at DSI.

Staci is a very difficult person to work with, Daiichi is unable to let her go do to the lack of females in leadership roles, so those who work under her are subjected to treatment that no one would want to work in. But if you need the job just put up with what she dishes out and Staci can dish out the bad treatment at the highest level you will see in management.
