It looks like few people noticed they got a raise yesterday in their paycheck. It wasn't significant enough to draw a lot of attention. How did you find out you got a raise? Anyone have a clue how the raise was determined? It is surprising we did not get any word from ANYONE in the company that the raise was even there! What % raise did you get? Was it 2% across the board?
A raise at Publicis?!! Are you delusional? Perhaps your tax rate went down. Work at Publicis.... you get nothing.
Yes, 2% raises, but managers have the ability to give employees that they like up to a 3% raise. It is written in the AZ contract with Publicis that we receive a yearly cost of living increase each year.
Don't you get your pay stubs? Just compare an old one to new one. I also got 2%, and before I have even completed my performance review, which is odd.
Plenty of people leave Poobie jobs, forever. Why? Cause they cant survive on the low pay. Not a gig for anyone who carries the the load. Perfect job for the crowd who need a little extra jingle and nothing more. Now pass the salt and pepper.
