Two billion is out of the question for the device business. In the mid 2000's when Hospira owned about 50% market share on pumps maybe but not now. The solutions business doesn't make much money it's the disposable business that drives cash flow. Whatever Pfizer can get is better than nothing. The personnel overseeing the business today are incapable of managing a complex and competitive MMS environment. Time to dump this POS before the Feds start costing you money.
