They've already outsourced part of HR to India so why not?

Not all of Novartis safety is in India so I would be surprised the the whole global operation was outsourced to India. Not that it couldn't happen...

Novartis has MS in multiple locations.
    India, US(NJ), Switzerland & Japan.
Do you think they will leave any of MS in Fort Worth?

No. What they want in the US will eventually be in NJ only.

On campus as well. Novartis hires all of these Indian contractors who they don't have to pay benefits to. There are now more people from India working on campus than there are all other minorities combined.

I only had to explain the same issue eight times to the IT people for them to understand my problem. So efficient on so many levels!
