Outlook for each division in 2016?

    Newsflash: Programs, ride alongs, etc... That's YOUR JOB!!! Every single person in the company knows you don't work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, so that fact that they're asking you to get something done with the part time hours you work shouldn't really be a surprise to you. People that post these absurd posts are most likely the biggest offenders. It's called accountability. If you worked in a an office, your boss would be up your ass if you weren't performing and were heading home at 2pm too. So quit your bitching and do your damn job!

    Yes Sir MR Mid Level Useless Manager. Please do share how you generate revenue for the company? The average rep generates more revenue in a single day for the company than a mid level manager generates all year. LMFAO

    Last time that I checked sales reps are in a results driven business and not a time clock hourly job. If the numbers are there, who really cares! There is a very well known old saying... "Money talks and BS walks." You either put money in the company til or you don't. Tough to put a spin tactic on that one! Bottom line, without a sales force there would be no money in the til thus most of those office based hourly sales jobs and most sales manager jobs within the company would not exist.

    Unless the "average rep" is an Aptiom rep. They and that entire division is a money suck on this once great company. How much longer are we going to let the bleeding go on there? It's time to pull the plug and put them out of their misery. Someone please make a decision to start throwing some rebates to get on formulary at this product of pull the plug! PLEASE!!!!

    I'm not a manager. And if you're a rep who's doing well, you're not the one that's on here bitching. The issue is the reps that come on here and bitch nonstop BECAUSE they are unsuccessful, and you can't tell me those reps actually work.

    Don't be so self assuming. No tenured and results proven specialty rep wants big brother constantly looking over their shoulder and mananing them like they are an inexperienced Merck/Pfizer primary care rep. A view like yours is very shallow and shows your own insecurities. This anonymous site is outside the protected and controlled company environment that shields koolade drinkers like you from the real world. Wake up shallow mind.

    You might want to wake up and smell the coffee before you get burned. Whether you're doing well or struggling, you'll still be on the street looking for a job by 2017 the way this sinking ship is nose diving.

    2016 will be a super sized dose of a metrics beat down on the field. 2015 will be walk in the park to what's about to go down here.

    We all see what's happening, Aptiom Salesforce will be gone soon. Latuda patent expiration means Gish and the boys are just going to slowly inundate SM with Latuda people they want to keep. Already seeing it, quality deserving SM folks getting passed over for jobs.

    Nice growth is projected for each division in '16.
