Ain't no way, its just a pipe dream to tantalize the market. looking from both the outside and under the cover, the sales trends along with pricing pressures won't support individual sustainable models for a break up.
Pfizer will announce split VOC from GEP and GIP in 4th QTR 2016. Split will be complete by July 2017 when pensions stop. They will keep VOC because of the superior growth rate, GIP will treated just like Zoetis, everyone will loose their job and will have to re-interview for $30,000 less...Mark it!
The sale of GEP would give NYC HQ at least $130 billion to buy other companies with lucrative patent-protected products. Sale of GEP is a given.
GIP sale also a given. Why would Pfizer pay hundreds of millions of $ for separate accounting systems for GIP and GEP if they don't spin off both?
