That pretty much sums things up.

You can discuss your pay/salary all you want. The salary discrepancies between reps is amazing! This has caused a lot of resentment, and has contributed to turnover. But, in the end, what does it matter. A ton of people will leave this year from Lundbeck. But that's probably part of the plan. It is what it is.

It's a new year pal. We heard you all last year complaining about your low pay. Give it a rest.

It is a new year. Use another descriptor- Pal is getting old as is buddy. You are one boring home office bastard.

Nobody cares about reading the same posts over and over from you about your low salary. in 2015 you must have posted basically the same post dozens of times on here. Come on pal no more personal problems on here in 2016. Insantity Pharma rep is continuing to do the same things over and over and expecting different results for your personal situation. Sorry pal but it's a cruel lesson that you need to learn from.

Expansion reps will be paid according to industry averages for a tenured CNS rep.

I've not made the post. I'm just sick of you throwing around pal like your are the Great Wise and Powerful Oz. we know what's behind the curtain. Some wet behind the ears kid that thinks they have everything figured out about an industry you have worked in less than a decade. You have no reference point and no bearings to offer advice of any kind. You are a punk kid trying to play NFL when you are still on the playground. Tell us all who all of your pals at Lundbeck are. Give us initials of ten employees if you work here oh wise wizard.

Son, let's just say I'll be watching you this year. A plan is likely in your future and not that salary adjustment that you say you expect. Enjoy tomorrow cause beginning Monday you will be on the radar.

Hey Oz are you a Democrat? You didn't answer the question. We don't dodge direct questions. One would think you are a phony!

Son, you don't own up to your own lies. Your spin tactic game is weak. Keep being naive and keep waiting for the company to redo your salary to make sure you are equally paid to others who are better than you. A good 2016 new year resolution for you would be to take the silver spoon out of your mouth. Good luck with that son!

It was pal, buddy, now son. You sure are personal with your post. I won't detract from the conversation. Pay range here is huge with no real reason for it. This place is a little slice of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. Hard to imagine it getting better only worse. Under New Management !

Well industry pay range for CNS experience with 10+ years starts at about 110k and can go as high as 130k. Can Lundy man up to this range?

No way! Most Account Managers at Lundbeck with that experience start at $108 per year max. I was one of them hired last year. Underpaid but happy to have a job in this unstable industry!

Alkermes paid big money for Lundbeck/Otsuka reps. The Sunovian middle management team got their choice reps nice bucks. I heard as high as 140k. Medicines paid Cubist reps 135k to as high as 170k base. Lundbeck low balled most of the original Alpha team and some of Beta. They could do it because of supply and demand. Too many reps and too few jobs. Reps are kicked to the curb by the thousands each year in a bloated, over controlled dying industry. We still get paid well but we have no leverage for negotiating only those with buddies as their boss get bumped up here. Lundbeck will not be the glamorous high paying company of this decade nor the next. Hopefully it will provide some job security.

Lundbeck will never attrack the top talent out there with those low ball salaries. They will only be able to attrack the laid off/unemployed out there just looking for another job. With the unstable industry now it makes salary more important. Everything is pretty much 12-24 month jobs now so reps need to go for the money which kind of rules out Lundy unless of course you are unemployed.

Not a very nice comment to start off the new year.
