Any info on this opportunity? Base, benefits, stock, etc.? Looks like a direct hire.

Looks like just managers being hired right now.

Very confusing on the job site. There is more than one type of hire but seems to all be manager no rep yet. Is that what you see as well?

Any F2F interviews yet? Any phone screens (seems like they are still in the sales leadership hire mode)?

Phone interviews starting. Leadership jas not be hired yet for many posts. This should ramp up pretty fast. Ocular expects approval fairly soon.

hopeful recruiters seek out people with true OR experience and not just eye sales experience. this is not a typical pharma eye sales job. MANAGERS LISTEN! RECRUITERS READ! you guys really need to find reps that have the experience in OR's and familiar many of these operations and accesses into clinical educators and managers to have immediately access into the OR's at surgery centers or eye centers where surgeries are performed. if you are not established or no prior establishment into surgery centers then this job is not for you!

It will be challenging to find the caliber of experience needed because most experienced OR reps will not want to leave their secure jobs to work as a contract rep vs a company.

They really need to being everyone on as a permanent employee. Finding the talent they need for this will be difficult. Contract is not attractive to people who are currently employed.

It took me one year to establish with surgery centers before having access unless i had food

when is the approval expected? Access is difficult in surgery centers? Ophthalmology is required therefore these folks will have access
