Can anyone give me insight into this position along with the product? It looks like it's still waiting FDA clearance which seems interesting that they would be hiring for a spot to sell a product not cleared. Any idea on how this will stack up against Medtronic. What is the base salary and ote earnings. Any input appreciated.
Medtronic shouldn't be your concern...Nevro should be. They are slowly beginning to take marketshare with their high frequency DBS. They actually just filed suit against BSC for infringement.
A delusional Nevro rep creating false info and is an idiot. Medtronic reps shitting their pants because they have nothing new in DBS and wont have for at least another 4-5 years. Despite MDT having marketshare in DBS, BSX and St Jude will take pie. Unless of course you suck. MDT is all f-ed up, pain div in complete chaos with poor leadership from the top down. Lets not even get into what is happening with their Spine Div. Just look at how many MDT reps have left to sell the one trick pony Nevro. Several DBS folks looking to run as soon as an opportunity comes. One year from now you will read this and see this prediction is true. Just another cycle of opportunity for reps and when then company leadership sucks, even easier to jump ship.
