Is there any one has experience by sending compliance issue to bpo@novartis.com? Does it work?

Depends on how high the person you're reporting is. The higher up, the less effective. Serves only to protect executive level.

no it does not work... NVS BPO just serves to inform NVS of wrongdoing before the regulators do... and then get rid of the people who know about the wrongdoing so they can cover it up

Absolutely accurate...also they will decide on whom to act if you are legacy Alcon you will be fired.
If NVS boys do the same thing then it becomes compliant and no BPO action. Just wait I am collecting evidence here in Asia and will soon give the NVS hypocrites a shock and not going to the BPO straight to media.

It is amazing how these people get away with all they do & HR & BPO do NOTHING!! If you are upper management or anyone other than a sales rep there will be no action. No matter how bad the situation.

Totally agree! BPO is a screening step to make sure that NVS is safe and doesn't care about employees welfare.

BPO is a joke. Go and speak to your own attorney. Don't trust BPO. They protect their executives and turn on employees. Have your attorney speak to BPO.

    BPO doesn't guarantee anonymity.

NVS BPO are bad people. Don't trust them at all. Your aggressive attorney should call them.

Agree. Just like HR is completely in bed with MGMT, so is BPO. There is plenty of corruption in upper MGMT. Nobody cares.

and it shows in the results….the trends…..the future prospects.

"Do it at own risk". This is what you'd be facing if you contact them re any impropriety this crooked Co does. What they want you to do, contact them, report what you know and have evidence of, but nit for the reason to punish the protagonists, but to secure the evidence and get rid of. If you want to learn more, look up the following thread: BPO what does stand for or something like that. There are all kinds of comments there, most are simply scary.
Beware of them is a good advice.

It works for some (usually the one the BPO is against). Ask Jimmy K. In Asia, he is good coach on this.
