This just in. We have learned that the winning tradition at Novartis for Entresto will continue. Ted Cruz will be taking over as head of sales and Bernie Sanders will be head of marketing for Entresto. This will make sure that Novartis leaders are not losers but real visionaries who can fix everything that a f...ed up product launch had.
