Depuy is being taken over by Synthes blood. Yes ,very little field experience in management. New managers have been taken car of with all the benefits. They have no idea what life is like for the Depuy sales reps , 100% commission and zero benefits. Not to mention commission cuts as well. Word to management, this is getting old!

The Synthes people all make 100% commission too. Since before Depuy was created.

always amazed how they expect us to listen to people that have not walked an inch in our shoes. Companies are not run by orthopedic people anymore

I guess an MBA is required to get into management. That gives them so much wisdom and all the answers. They expect the ortho reps to play nice with with Ethicon/Mitek/Synthes and Spine, then have us bend over and not provide us health insurance. The largest company in health care and no health insurance. No wonder moral is at an all time low in the field!

Wouldn't that be a complaint best directed to your distributor?

Sure, just come up with $2,000/month for a policy that is shit. Why can't we purchase on JNJ group policy? You expect us to play nice with all the other divisions and take JNJ training for employees. What about the credo? I guess that does not apply to us.
