Gotta love how this company raises revenue quotas every quarter when you actually hit revenue goals and go above quota. Do you think management's compensation plan is changed every quarter? Thanks for penalizing people in sales when they actually do their job well. Management, you just destroyed all credibility and it's no wonder Cardinal's revenue has been declining for the last few years and employee engagement is non-existent.
