    Yes. Let me elaborate.

Jublia costs pharmacies around $525 to buy. Yet Philidor was selling this for $75 cash.

Does this price difference... violate any anti-trust laws?

There's a "pay zero" coupon program... but it REQUIRES your insurance to cover it. Per the terms: "Cash paying patients are not eligible. This offer is only valid for patients with commercial insurance."

And Retin-A-Micro strengths are $700-$850 to buy at wholesale. Yet these were $75 cash through Philidor. I can't find any copay coupon programs for Retin-A micro.

Sounds anti-competitive as hell to me.

I don't believe this is illegal. That $700-$850 wholesale costs gets knocked down by sometimes more than 50% on the commercial side. Given how unnecessary some of these products are, I'll bet their discounting is steep. Factor that in and the difference is less than you think.

Valeant encouraged reps to sell Retin A Micro off-label for cosmetic use at $75 thru Philidor. Greedy bastards. They should look into that ASAP!

This is in fact, (perhaps sadly) perfectly normal and common in Pharma. Check all other drug cos. Same thing.

Other than Glderma (Irmat pharmacy doing same thing as Philidor) can you cite a single instance?

But rebates are likely similar from PBM to PBM.
I'm talking cash transactions. No one could get close to Philidor. I'm wondering if Anti-trust laws were violated for the cash transactions.

well if some of you hedge fund wiz kids who are short this pig company want to kick a guy while he's down:

    1) spend some time on slide #9
    2) find WAC for those products & find out how disgustingly anti-competitive slide #9 is
    3) spend a little time looking at their public copay card programs (because Philidor's were way better than everyone else's)
    4) talk to an anti-trust lawyer & get an anti-trust lawsuit going

Every single derm company has a cash option for their products as well as a contract w a specialty.......nothing illegal about it

Well... The Federal Trade Commission Act bans "unfair methods of competition"

I think all these derm cash "programs" clearly violate anti-trust laws... 90%+ off!!

    https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/competition-guidance/guide-antitrust-laws/antitrust-laws

Just because other derm companies do it doesn't make it legal.
Other pharma does NOT do this for good reason IMO
