New IC Plan! Just a thought.

    I'm trying to think of an IC Plan that would work and motivate the sales force. Please add your thoughts or ideas as well, as this is a work in progress:

    Mini: 30%, Combi: 70%.
    Have a set payout amount for "maintaining" Mini and Combi numbers in a territory. Have the plan increase payout if the rep can actually grow these products. Reps will have a great opportunity to grow these products just like with Brisdelle and will have the same great programs and marketing support as with Brisdelle.

    Brisdelle:
    It's a simple $10 for every new Brisdelle prescription and $5 for every new one that gets refilled starting September 1st. All Trx before that point would not be eligible. Pay the $10 for the first 3-6 months, as once you reach that threshold most patients will stay on it.

    What this does is motivates reps to promote all 3 products. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I think reps could get behind this. this way you push harder for that Brisdelle script but follow up with those providers on the importance of this patient refilling the first few months to get the peak benefit of Brisdelle, which even though doesn't provide any benefit noticeably different than placebo it's something we can get behind and convince doctors it's more clinically effective than a sugar pill.
