MSBU Enough is Enough!!!!!

    Joe please please fix MSBU wearer joke in the MS space! Our KOLs hate us, our leaders have Zero MS experience and they treat us, the reps with relationships and actual MS knowledge as Primary Care reps.

    Adding insult to injury the nd bonus at target is 30k. Joe seriously? This is MS not Cardio or Primary Care please pay us good wages and give us uncapped bonus. Thank you -

    Genentech will be coming hard for the good Novartis reps. Just leave this mess nothing will ever change.

    Hahaha Novartis MSBU is considered mid-tier at best. Genzyme, Biogen and even Teva are considered better companies. Novartis is slightly better than EMD Serono and by the way Celgene with its recent acquisition of Receptos is getting into the MS game. So the players will be: Biogen, Genzyme, Genentech and Celgene as tops. Novartis will be a notch below these 4.

    Genzyme is no better than Novartis and they're products are both dogs! I know it sucks here but at least Gilenya is a blockbuster. Go to Genzyme and sell worse drugs for slightly better pay and same shitty bonus. AND equally crappy big pharma bs culture!

    Average base at Genzyme is in the 130s dude and their bonus is 34k target which, while not by much, beats ours. Average base at MSBU is 110K and that is a fact.

    The entire sales force gets at least some of their bonus. Not like the shitty stucture we have. Most importly, they treat their people like adults and they continue to hire reps with MS experience because they know it holds wait in the MS Market space. Novartis has totally abandoned their focus on MS reps. They rather take a rep that was laid off from novartis and act like they doing them a favor for bringing them back, but the reps then finds out they are grossly underpaid and cannot stand the MS market. This BU is sinking faster than the titanic.
