MS Division is Fine

This division is such a joke. Majority of the people that led us down this tragic path have been promoted to other divisions. How does that happen?

 

He stayed around when others left.It was about the last man standing and he won by default.The turnover in MS is off the charts and maybe he can stabilize it.If you can't believe he is a manager you should see the reps.They can't sell aspirin let alone a $70k per year drug.They hired primary care replacements who are lunch caterers.They record their calls, meet reach and frequency, understand the ipad, clean their vehicles and never, ever question the marketing message.Just good little boys and girls who have limited sales skills and can't interact with the top Neurologists.

 

I heard AM is coming back to be a sales rep. Why would anyone come back he must be nuts. Very bad move I guess the Florida sun melted his brain.

 

Sounds like someone out there just wants to discredit the New East Regional Director- maybe your jealous....

 

There are some HIGHLY talented sales specialist still remaining, too bad people believe gossip

I am jealous of his ability to move ahead simply by kissing ass and not base on merit. He and Matt S are cutt from the same cloth.

 

AM was a good guy, liked him and surprised he came back to this craphole....
I think they are talking about VS being the eastern director... I'm sure he's a nice guy but anyone I talk to that can't make eye contact with me isn't cut out for a leadership position that high up.... Sorry but it says a lot about your weakness and leadership skill set, plus he never has actually led from the bottom up. But here at Novartis that's CEO material...

 

Agreed AM was a good guy. I am shocked he came back still scratching my head on this one. He was loved by his team and customers but never got the respect from leadership. Sadly he made a bad mistake boarding the Titanic again.

I agree with you. Vince has under 30 days to terminate the managers who should have been terminated many years ago. If he does not makes these changes immediately he will not gain the respect or commitment of the team. He needs to prove he can lead and unless he steps up quickly the sales force will quickly realize he is not a leader.

Vince has the opportunity to make a difference in the MSBU.I think he is too conservative to make any changes.He needs to terminate the managers who have been a cancer to the MSBU.These are not hard to spot.Just identify where the turnover is greatest and the complaints have been filed.He then needs to stop the protection of KAMs that have been around for 6 years and still don't have relationships with their KOLs.These KAMs need to go too.In 6 months Vince's career at Novartis will be over if he doesn't quickly step up.

 

If he does nothing at all, he is perfect Novartis leader material. And will be promoted higher in no time at all. That's how it works here
And don't get me started on KAMs...for any franchise
