If you are expecting an offer, you shouldn't have any questions about the comp plan at this point. If you are getting an offer and that is the kind of question you are asking, you wont last long.
Right you are chief. Don't forget to factor in personal cash pay-outs to Dr's for their business. Just like ABH.....
