My sales are great and made almost $250K last year. Quit complaining and sell.

 

Enjoy the next 5 months. End of fiscal year, starting in July, you can count on a lot less! Goals will be not be attainable. Ask your colleagues that have been there more than 2 years. They will be hard to find because the turnover rate is 46%.

 

The carnage will continue to affect our jobs, yours included.
This company will not exist in its current form a few years from now. Merz needs to generate PROFIT! Sales levels are too low to fund the company. The geniuses are killing the company.
