AVP Melissa Chase is nothing but a waste of Amedisys money! Amedisys is a good company in the state of Virginia, good patient care, good operational leadership. Melissa has no respect or care for her employees and gets the same back from her employees. What a shame, The Commonwealth has so much promise, but she just is tearing it down single handily! All she is good for is firing and hiring!
She may have some outstanding quality that may appeal to the good ole' boys in the board room in Baton Rogue.
