    Just how in the hell is this going to work after hours?
    This business is a nightmare.

    No need to worry, we have an unlimited amount of staff oncall 24/7 (over 4500) locations in every state. And a fleet of vehicles thats second to none.We are one of the biggest and best in the industry.

    No set up will be able to be done until auth is received, so no after hours or weekend setups. Auths will take 8-10 days to get and 3 days for a stat

    set ups will be done same day,sometimes even in the same hour.

    As can be surmised by Rotech's favorable position with government officials and judges (see the last BK results), I'm quite sure Rotech will weather any prior with fiasco as well.
    It's all about who you know.

    Sounds good to me... Tired of this life suck of a company not compensating for my time. They act like being "on call" is no big deal but they are not willing to do it.
