When will Otsuka give any attention to the way Dr JS mistreats the medical organization? The number of departures from Med Affairs is staggering, and likely isn't over. Medical may be a cost center, but Pharma can't function without it. There is no opportunity to develop, to utilize one's expertise, to feel valued and give value. Medical isn't commercial, but is equally needed.
