I have worked hard for years and not always treated ideally. How about some Reparation.
Reparation seems to be the new thing going around so why not us. Maybe is we burn a few stores and cars we can call attention to our plight

Spot on. I've been with Novartis for almost a year now and this is the first I've heard of this. I'm tired of hearing how these old farts think that they can keep all the benefits and money to themselves. Well, guess what? Those days are OVER. Time to start making some noise.

The only noise you will hear is your farting noise, grasshoppa!

Another disaffected Bernie Sanders supporter. You just don't get how trusts work. It's amazing the lack of education demonstrated on this site. This trust cannot be broken and can only be given to Alcon Legacy employees. Your problem is not with Alcon employees; it is with Novartis. If management won't give you a better deal you should either leave or continue to support socialists.

Bottom line is that it is simply not fair that you get these medical benefits while the rest of us don't. We will not sit still for this.

There is no leadership at NVS or Alcon. This organization is rotten from top to botton. Instead of rewarding employees for a job well done and years of loyalty, they shaft and exploit people. HR is worthless since they help facilitate and disguise targeting older employees and any one that isn't part of a special group. A few young employees might be thrown in the mix during one of the many purges to have plausible deniability in case the EEOC is brought in. After all, diversity is mentioned in core values.
Let's see how the next class action law suits go.

Go stand in the Tower A lobby and soil yourself. I'm sure you'll get their attention.

Is it true that Mandatory drug testing of Alcon managers and sales people is on the board for mid-late November?

We really do need to start the drug testing sooner rather than later. I would suggest starting on the East Coast

Who lets people like this represent their company. Drug testing is clearly needed. Where is HR?

Good Question. Where is HR? I thought dealing with drug use in the field was their playground? There when you don't need them and not there when they should be. Several meetings coming up soon where they could do their job. Let's see what happens at the December meetings.
