There is no takeover from another company. The takeover is of Lundbeck's culture and small company atmosphere. No one likes all the big Pharma middle and upper managers they have brought here. This has become like an infestation of termites rotting Lundbeck from within. It looks sound from the outside but it is crumbling on the inside. We need to fumigate the house of Lundbeck.
