Completely ineffective. Deflects all responsibilities and work onto others. Can't make a decision. Someone please tell me how he is qualified to be a Chief Marketing Officer. Knows nothing about the vaccine business and is not interested in learning. And yet he will enjoy all of his vacation this year while the rest of us are doing his job. He sounds similar to Thomas L. Lyon III. Another idiot who thinks he knows everything with know previous experience with Vaccines and little management experience but put in a top position as either a favor to a high ranked like minded idiot in leadership or he kissed enough but or sold his soul to get there. He will use who he can to get the knowledge he needs and then will help get those fired who are a threat to him or knows more than him. This is the standard operating playbook for Merck Vaccines now.
