John's directors hate him. Alan's, Frank's and even Martin's like who they work for. You do the math?

RBDS under John are now treated like DBMS and are expected to treat us like reps. If he offered voluntary packages to us, bet half the team would take it.

Nothing at all. John, I can't think for myself, puppet boy Ehret is a total joke. Came from Finance and never carried a bag except for Rays, never lead a team prior to access has zero personality with a short mans complex. Once he "goes" the department will be respected on the 5th floor once again. Put Alan in charge of the entire team. He has common sense and a background worthy of respect.

Put Martin Bick back in charge of a team. At least he respects people on his team. He did great with the KAM team and everyone worked hard for him because we knew he had our backs. Never have worked for Alan, but hear he is good as well. John is definitely a leader want2be. Little team respect outside of a few monkeys that he has trained well.

Wrong guy retired today. Please John, please follow your mentor out the door and ride off into the sunset. Your time has come and gone. Retire on your own terms. Mike Ryan will see your "short" comings and you will get walked.

Why pick on the ESD. Maybe the issues are with the Directors. Been here for over 5 yrs. Never felt like a damn rep before with little respect and feeling like I have to justify my existence. Are other companies treating there account people like primary care reps?

Whatever happened to account management being the best of the best? Where all the best DBMS would go to further their development.

We dont need to be micromanaged. We need respect, support and leaders that lead and not manage people. There is a difference.

I think he should and take with him all the dysfunctional MA team. I am sorry for Martin whom I am sure was looking to be the next VP of access. It seems MG is giving up on him

Good call on Martin. He is a solid guy.

Others need to exit stag right immediately. Ray leaving will not change the mess created by incompetent leaders who purposely lied to senior leadership on creating our new structure.

Any and all leaders that signed off on this new circus should be held accountable for disrupting lives and maliciously deceiving other departments. This has to change soon.

You dipshit. Martin was the brainchild behind the new organization.

He masterminded the entire thing. Ray had him hanging in the wind trying to lead a team he knew nothing about. He masterfully created his new role to get himself back inside where he could actually be productive. Kudos to him for that unbelievable smoke and mirrors move. One of the best ever.

If only now he could work some other magic and correct the bs circus he created, then we would all be much happier and the culture wouldn't suck so bad.

to understand why we are in such a mess, all you had to do was listen to the town hall today. ray just leave. go away. don't talk anymore please. we don't care or listen to your rambling bullshit. go enjoy your "retirement" as you say. (we all know you were shown the door but I won't tell anyone. our secrete) ride off into the sunset and fade away.

dont get your hopes up to high. bobble duches 1 & 2 won't be going anywhere soon. the new guy will have to come in and assess those jokers for himself. both puppets are really good at the game so it could be a year or so before Ryan can do anything. just means another mediocre year in access.

HR Monitor:: This is a nasty untruthful post. It is anti Company, and anti Leadership. HRM normally just monitors CP and other sites but we will start posting when we see utter crap like this. Sugestion , if you must be negstive at least offset your post with some positive pro Company comments. Thank you.

With your idiot mispellings, I think you may actually be from HR.

Utter crap? You can't handle the truth. Leadership is a puppet and when we tell you idiots in HR what the issues are, you do nothing. Pull up your big boys pants and actually do something about the weak Senior leadership in market access and a culture that gets worse each week under JE and RS.

Try a 360 on your ESD if you really want to know what is going on. You won't do it because you are a corporate puppet to. Just stating facts.

    Please do a 360.

Ehret won't survive. He is horrible and can't lead a team. While he may be talented internally (fair balanced statement as requested) his field leadership skills are not good at all. Apparently he has lost his leadership team already and most RAEs think very little of him.

Time to make a change if BMS does not want to see more talent walk out the door.

    HR, YOU listening yet?

Different year and same dipshit leaders running the circus in PLSBO. Cannot wait to see the bobble twins fall once Sir Ryan get here and figures them out.

Hear he likes character and strong leaders that don't micromanage teams, who puts faith and trust in their people and who won't talk about others behind people's backs. Far cry from where we are today.

Also heard that both are frantically wetting themselves for a big meeting with the new head honcho later this week.

"Tick Tock Boys", you are on the clock.

It really is sad that a great company like BMS is being lead by these clowns. To many great people have left or will be leaving soon. Time for something to change in NJ.

Neither Sir Ryan nor anybody else can change the culture. This culture is supported by top management like MG who has spies that communicate everything to him and in many cases based on just lies. Sir Ryan will be lucky to keep his job. He needs to keep his head down because many of his direct reports will be those spies. Good Luck Sir Ryan!

Did anyone actually listen to the BS Ehret said today on the talkpoint? He must really think we give two shits about finding time to talk to customers about a product that goes away in a few months. Not only does he sound like a complete reject but just because he tells us what he has agreed to in PLSBO doesn't mean it carries weight in the real world. Actually go visit customers one time and see who decides what products we get to discuss. You have to love it when the dipshits with their heads buried in the sand, actually believe people are listening. Blah blah blah
