Managers in the HIV division currently getting phone call terminations this morning. BMS terminated a 7 months pregnant manager and she cannot interview for another division. That is not right.

why can't she interview for another position? Or take a rep territory?

Good, she needs to ditch the corporate world and raise her child like a real mother would
No daycare Be a stay at home mom That's what real women do.

Pregnant and barefoot is acceptable. Many females like me home school and care for our own children We don't trust uneducated underpaid unskilled day care workers making $9 hour
The horror stories with day care are numerous Too many selfish females I'm not one

Being pregnant is not part of the business rules for cutting positions.

That's bold from a legal perspective considering this is not the first time BMS has retaliated against a pregnant lady in recent years.

The truth is that her rep is the father of the baby.

But, the company should not interfere with employee relationships.

Stupid posts. She is a nice lady who deserves better. I don't know anyone who doesn't like her.
