    Yes but the process takes awhile.
    With all the small vendors being weeded out due to big cuts, it won't be long till large companies like Rotech are the only remaining.

    If Rotech went bankrupt before the Medicare cuts, how are they going to survive????

    Because......like it or not......Rotech is too big to fail.
    It's the SMALL companies that our government wants gone.
    Think GM's Saturn....or Pontiac.

    You are a genius!!! GM is still around, not those brands of vehicles it produced. Rotech is an independent company, that has already gone bankrupt once and will again in the foreseeable future. Not a rational argument...

    There are plenty of competitors to take over patient care.

    Aha!....But you forget that Rotech has filed BK more than once before, and could do so again while remaining in business. That's what I mean by too big to fail.
    The government (courts) will always be obligated to protect Rotech.
