Lake Forest - Dublin Tower of Babel

We have gotten to be like Tower of Babel in that nobody is listening to each other. Everything seems to by CYA or running it up the flagpole. Too many closed door meetings. Too many consultants trying to sound smart and run the show - what a waste of money. It's so political. People no longer matter. Where did the Horizon I love go?
