It's quite apparent and obvious that anybody legacy Alcon will soon be out the door. I hope all of them, that is legacy Alcon are laughing all the way to the bank. Good luck Novartis... The Alcon culture and people were simply a means to an end for them. If you haven't jumped ship yet now is the time. Take this opportunity to better yourself life does exist outside of Alcon.
I wish him best of luck. He gave a lot to Alcon over 14yrs and Alcon probably gave a lot back. Only took 4yrs with Novartis for him to say "see ya".
