Don't bet on it. It's more likely employees that recognize and appreciate what Sir Andrew has done for GSK and fear what happens when Board leadership follows the knee jerk reaction of star investors.

Your nose is brown and you are wearing knee pads. Anything else you want to tell us about yourself.

Sir Andrew inherited a company that was almost entirely focused on Advair and has successfully diversified the business into Emerging Markets, Consumer Health, Vaccines, and Pharma. He gave a presentation early in his tenure to FLL about the four engines driving GSK growth. He absolutely delivered on his vision despite strong headwinds. I fear a new CEO will slash and burn for short-term gain and then massive layoffs will occur.

The petition is going to end at the end of this week, will you sign it? Over 150,000 people have signed it thus far including many employees like yourselves. Let's Keep Sir Andrew! Keep the best CEO in pharma!

Andrew is still getting lots of headlines for his leadership regarding drug prices. If Pharma had two or three blockbusters to replace Advair, Andrew would have been viewed as one of the best CEOs in pharma over the past 30 years. Unfortunately he had the wrong leaders in R&D. They should be the ones resigning and not Sir Andrew. I just went online and signed the petition to keep him.
