Just saw a email I was not supposed to see

discussed reducing territories to 2-up by years end.

It was accidentally forwarded to me and then was withdrawn. They were talking about 2 reps maximum per territory beginning January 2017.

 

Makes sense can't see docs anyway most reps just want to be let go with a package.

 

Partially true, approximately 45% of territories will be two up the remainder solo coverage. The initiative years overdue!

if they said cv gone by November then it's spot on. CV got word Monday they are toast

So here is a question, why are there so many CTLs? Most districts have veteran reps that do not require regular field visits. With current technology for communication it would seem that span of control for most CTL'S should be about 15 reps.

 

We have an allotment of CTL s that are required to beat you at your game of slothe and laziness. When you are desolved so will the puke you exhibit.

 

It would appear that the only viable purpose Merck CTLs provide is to ensure compliance with corporate integrity agreement and adherence to company policies. Other than that, no value to customers.

 

Let's be clear, the only value you bring to customers is the deli certainly not scientific knowledge!
