Meanwhile every doc is deathly afraid to ever write the drug again = should work wonders for the long term sales trajectory.

This is N.L. and M.B. trying to cover their ass by throwing J.P under the bus. So obvious. Will be exposed in less than a day. Mr. and Mrs. former CEO conspiracy at its finest.

If one is connecting the dots, then at best one can only assume. Is it possible that Insys (JK, head of compliance and Legal) is providing information (people) to the DOJ to save/prolong "JK's legacy, INSYS. I'll leave this with you all to ponder.

how is it that this ex sales employee gets arrested and sales rep (Nat L Bab) who actually facilitated, attended, and financially benefited from Alfonso's "speaker programs" has been in the clear?

Was Nat L Bab the only rep to ever call on Alfonso? Couldn't it be someone else?

    About time:

A former Insys Therapeutics Inc executive has been criminally charged for conspiring to defraud insurers into paying for a fentanyl-based cancer pain drug that was sometimes prescribed for off-label uses.

Elizabeth Gurrieri, a former manager of reimbursement services at Insys, was arrested in Arizona on Thursday and charged in a criminal complaint filed in federal court in Boston with wire fraud conspiracy, according to court records.
