IT gone!

    The IT dept has always been useless. It's just especially useless now since the help desk has been outsourced to India which can't help at all. My coworker now has over 11 open tickets in which none of them have been resolved, let alone even addressed. On campus support? You can kiss that away too now. How about the rest of IT? Well, lets start with IRIS: it's been postponed multiple times (US was supposed to go live 1st quarter of last year) and don't even get me started on the Canada fiasco. How about REMEDY? Well, last year an internal audit revealed that a substantial amount of tickets were being closed at the end of the month without a resolution to make the numbers look good. Shall I continue?

    The whole IT SUCKs!!!! the help desk is the only one that helps (because their department said so "HELP" desk). whether you are in India or somewhere else, your team is a useless moron.
