What advantages does Merck Oncology bring compared to the rest of the COMPETITIVE ONCOLOGY MARKET??? Specific: Field Sales

oncology sale rep job is boring if you have to abide by merck compliance.
    no one does that.

Merck Oncology now allows for a four day work week since they are now 3 up in a territory with an Emend overlay, an OSKAM, a Nurse Educator, a Reimbursement Associate, a Reimbursement Manager, a CTL, an OMAD, an HSOMAD, an NAE , a specialist in bio-marker testing, a DCO, a field trainer and a group of marketing talking heads that always want to tag along in the field because they can't stand to be around the leadership morons. Did I get all the stakeholders who want to glad hand all the customers?... Those customers who don't really even want to see one rep..... Oh shit, I forgot Managed Care pajama champions...

It's boring bc they do NOT take risk and are not innovative. regardless @ the good news with HNSCC and first line lung potential, Merck Oncology will still have overload of reps 3-4 up with new expansion. Many unhappy people. Many people looking for new jobs. Many people quitting.

Just pray Thomas L. Lyon III doesn't come over to destroy Oncology like he did Vaccines. That self serving prick will bog down reps with expected detailed business plans for every customer, weekly teleconferences that do nothing to help reps, workshops designed for his favorite lapdogs to run that have nothing to do with selling products, quarterly district meetings with plenty of unrealistic role play sessions and of course constant field visits which better have every moment of the day filled for him to criticize you behind your back to your CTL. He is a region and division killing micromanager.

I am sure you guys are already enjoying the crying on stage, salsa dancing on stage, Paul Cruz who came from Vaccines. Has his corny schtick gotten old yet? Merck is overloaded with these inept, socially awkward forty something year old losers who think they know everything but are out of touch with reality management types. Sad times.

A travesty of hiring has taken place which will negatively effect customer relations. I for one will have nothing do do with any of them. A group of total losers. Screw them all repeatedly!

Merck Oncology: " Hi, my name is Sally. I am your new Merck Oncology Rep".. Doc is astonished... " I thought Don and Helen were my Merck Oncology reps "?.. " Yes Doctor, Don and Helen are great and still your reps... Now can I introduce you to Sammy.. He is also your rep... He is just in an overlay position"..... Doc says : " Sally I am confused. I am really busy today and can't talk...Thank you "...
Doc to his receptionist: "Kim, can you get a hold of Don and Helen with Merck and get them on the phone for me"?

Keytruda will sell without all of this disruption... Marketing and Leadership call this "More share of Voice ". But it is really just disruption... How do we sleep at night?

doctor then says to new oncology rep, "Sally, I have a new melanoma patient I want to start right now on KEYTRUDA." Sally's response " oh, um, hum, rum rum um. That's great, but I can't talk about melanoma. Can I schedule an appointment for one of my other 3 counterparts to come in on another day?" Doctor says, are you f-Ing kidding me? No! Go away.

I agree with you, I have nothing to do with any of them. My customers have been mine for years I own them and I own the business.
With that said, the foursome is about to tee off. When we complete the 36 holes I will pickup all beverages at the 19 the. My business continues to bloom!

What is going on in Sacramento,.CA? A few of us received calls by a high profile attorney asking questions galore!!! Someone in Oncology either got fired or weren't hired and are on a witch hunt. I called HR and my CTL and no one is calling me back. Details details please. Something going on with hiring practices? I do not want a subpoena and the law firm wanted details about managers (by name). HELP.

what i like is that all you fucks took these positions knowing that access is next to zero. and you fuck ctl's know it too. your day is coming. pray that the fucks at the top don't learn of your lack of access. go call on the receptionists, and a few other office personnel
